I am a Jackson Mississippi transplant now living in Florence, Alabama with my Husband Barry, and our two kids. We have three cats, and a really old goldfish (Goldie).  I am originally from Runnelstown, a small town outside of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. I am a little rough around the edges and a straight shooter, I’m bad at social media but absolutely love what I do.

My working career started in a large format printing and photo processing lab, I was in heaven. Getting to see the ins and outs of the business and all the while looking at the great work of so many different artists and photographers. This really sparked my desire to be a professional photographer.  I have worked on both sides of a photograph, from taking a photo to printing it.

You might not realize that your wedding photographer will be the person you spend the most time with on your wedding day. I am there every step of the way, but not in your way. My work has a photo journalistic element to catch all the fun and spontaneity of a wedding. At the same time, I know that there is no replacement for traditional wedding day portraiture and family photos.

Twenty years from now, you will be able to look back on your wedding photos and they will have withstood all the passing fads. Your wedding photographs are meant to bring back memories of the details and intimate moments from your day. I hope I can be there to capture your happiness!
